What happens if I need to return a product?

If you are unhappy for any reason please call us on 01270 624830 to arrange a replacement, refund or return of the product/voucher if necessary.

Inaccurate address information

All attempts will be made to deliver to the address and postcode as you have entered it. Snugburys are unable to accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information.

The returns process
You have the right to cancel within 5 days or 5 days following receipt of goods, (whichever is longer).
If you cancel your payment within the above time scale, your payment will be refunded within 5 days. Please allow extra time during weekends and bank holidays.
